Significant Cases
Worrell v. Multipress, 1989 Supreme Court case recognizing the right to front-pay in a wrongful discharge matter, Johnson v. Kroger and Griffin v Finkbeiner and City of Toledo, Sixth Circuit case on evidence in race discrimination cases, Hoover v. Circleville, Sixth Circuit case on evidence in a public employee free speech case, Cearley v. COTA, class action wage and hour case on overtime exemption classifications, many other published decisions.

Summary of Previous Employment
My initial legal training was in large corporate law firms including the former Clark, Klein & Beaumont in Detroit and Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur in Columbus. I opened my own practice in 1991. Since then, I have been associated with various attorneys from time to time. From 1997 to 2001, I was a partner of Blaugrund, Herbert & Martin.
